Meet Our Team

Dr. McNally was born in southwest Missouri and at three moved with his family to a small town in Pennsylvania which had a very high ratio of healthcare workers as it was the home of an extensive children's research hospital. He and his family volunteering at camp for kids
with cancer in the summers and the neighborhood filled with physicians and trauma nurses are likely what shaped his and his little sister’s paths to health care as she is a surgeon in KC. The family eventually moved back to his hometown, Pittsburg, Kansas. He moved to Omaha in order to attend Creighton University and
met his wife during their freshman year. 

Dr. Sheridan is a native Nebraska son. He grew up in a small town in south-central Nebraska and was raised in a large farm family. Paul is one of 7 children raised in the Sheridan family who loved growing up in Sutton, Nebraska. He graduated from Sutton High School
and worked on the family farm for some time before deciding to attend college and ultimately Dental School at the University of Nebraska Medical College, College of Dentistry.

Kathy is the Office Manager and has been with Millard Hills for 24 years. She is a member of the Metro Omaha Dental Office Leaders and the American Association of Dental Office Managers. In her free time, she loves to be with her husband, 3 children, and 5 grandchildren.  

Cheryl M. has been with the practice since 2013. She is part of our Front Office team as the Recall Coordinator and also has been a dental assistant for 21 years. She enjoys spending time with her family and watching her Kansas City Chiefs!

Jennifer is part of our Front Office team and is our Insurance Coordinator. She has been with Millard Hills for 18 years. She loves to spend her free time reading and gardening.   

Amanda is a Dental Hygienist. She graduated in 2008 from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, College of Dentistry with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. She and her husband have 4 young children which keep them very busy.

 Stephanie is a Dental Hygienist. She was a dental assistant for 11 years, before becoming a Hygienist. She and her husband are expecting their first child in March.

 Amy B. has been a dental assistant for over 20 years and joined the Millard Hills team in September 2021. She and her husband, a retired Navy Chief are Omaha natives. She has 2 daughters, 2 grandbabies, and
a 13-year-old Shih Tzu, named Abby.

Lisa has been a dental assistant for the last 26 years. Millard Hills has become her home away from home. Since joining the team in February 2022, at which time she feels like she gained a huge extended family. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors (fishing, kayaking) and being amongst friends and family.

Amy G. has been a dental assistant for 18 years. She feels that working at Millard Hills doesn’t feel like a job, it’s like working with family.

Cheryl W. has been a dental assistant for 30+ years. She has 2 adult children and 5 grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, dogs, and spending time with family.
